Not recommended. I went for a wheel alignment and called beforehand to confirm if they used computerized equipment. Their staff assured me they did. But when I arrived, they didn’t have the equipment and performed a manual alignment instead. I decided to give it a go since I'm already there. After the service, my steering wheel ended up misaligned—I had to turn it slightly to the right just to drive straight, which wasn’t the case before. The car also started pulling to the right when I let go of the wheel, another issue that wasn’t there prior to their work. The technician who did the alignment even asked for a 20 AED tip, which I would’ve gladly given if the job had been done properly. I returned the next day and asked them to fix it, but they again did manual adjustments. Despite three test runs and further tweaking, the issue remained. I was worried they might damage something underneath so even if the issue remains I decided to leave their shop and took my car to another shop with computerized alignment. There, they managed to fix the problem in just one adjustment—the steering wheel was properly aligned, and the car no longer pulled to the right. Interestingly, the second shop noted that the nuts and bolts were extremely tight, likely due to this shop’s work, which made their job more difficult. Also worth noting: the other shop didn’t ask for a tip. This experience left me with no trust in Turbo Express Tyres Trading's services. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.
