Worst experience, Paul acts like a big shot promising the world then when cant get the job done he will disappear without any call back and when you do speak to him he will telll you, you should help yourself. Very unprofessional, knowing all the info we had. Don’t waste your time with these people. Update: everything you have just said is a complete lie, you don’t even have the decency to return a call and explain the situation. Paul is the worst of his kind. Thanks but no thanks. Turned away is the worst company along with its team members.

My wife and I had been trying to do some refinancing for 3 or 4 months. Both retired and on modest incomes, we wanted to take care of some financial matters related to substantial loans we had made to family members, but which we were never repaid. This dug us into a hole. My wife's credit rating was stellar, mine was marginally below the threshold banks look for. So Banks and other mortgage brokers would listen and claim that they were interested in working with us, and then nothing. Completely ghosted, would not respond to emails or calls! Then using AI search I found Turnedaway! Paul responded immediately and gave me the sense that they could work something out for us, that they had a different process and more contacts in the financial industry. Then Noah reached out to gather our information, and do some preliminary work before handing our file off to Katherine! That's when we really got an idea of what a professional organization Turnedaway was! Katherine ramped up our engagement as well as engagement with financial institutions (maybe just one). She put all the documentation together for our lawyer and the lender, and quarterbacked communication between the lender, our lawyer and ourselves. We are very grateful to the Turnedaway team! We are signing our mortgage documents today and couldn't be happier!
