I recently had the pleasure of dining at Turtle Jacks, and I must say, the experience was made truly exceptional by our server, Macy. From the moment we sat down, Macy's vibrant personality and attentiveness created a welcoming atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. One of the highlights of our visit was definitely the way she poured the Guinness. It was, hands down, the best pint I've ever had! Macy's technique was spot-on, ensuring that each pour was perfectly crafted with the right amount of head. It was clear she takes great pride in her work, and her enthusiasm for the drink was infectious. I found myself savoring each sip, appreciating not only the quality of the beer but also the care that went into serving it. Macy expertly managed other tables while maintaining a personal connection with us. She checked in regularly, ensuring we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations from the menu. Her knowledge about the selections was evident, and her passion for the food and drinks made us feel confident in our choices. Overall, Macy transformed a simple night out into a delightful experience. Her excellent service, skillful pouring of Guinness, and engaging personality made our visit memorable. I can’t wait to return to Turtle Jacks, not just for the fantastic food and drinks, but to see Macy again! If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for a treat!

Food was excellent all around. Good portion sizes. Fire and Ice dessert is large good for sharing. Good service and appreciate that the waitstaff all look clean and professional. The music is a bit loud for our liking but this seems to be the case in most restaurants these days.

I enjoyed a tasty 😋 lunch with my daughter at this Turtle Jack restaurant. I love the medium rare stake with mash potato and vegetables. Josie served our table perfectly! Thanks Josie!

Good food and lots of food options to choose from. Great atmosphere! My husband had a steak sandwich and he said it was absolutely delicious. I had the garden burger and our daughter had the kids pasta with meatballs, we were both happy with our choices as well. For dessert we had the Fire n’ ice which was a good portion to share and a perfect finish of our meal. Our daughter got the kid’s ice cream, she liked that it came in an edible bowl. I also had an excellent raspberry lychee martini, it was one of the best I have tried. Overall we liked the cozy atmosphere, food was great (lots of vegetarian options for me) and service was friendly and polite (it just took a little bit of time to get each item).
