Dr. Patricia Kim and Amanda (the hygienist) are wonderful. Dr. Kim is professional, kind, and very patient. She explains everything clearly and even referred me to a specialist quickly when needed. Amanda was incredibly gentle and thorough. She explained each step, took her time with great attention to detail, and kept checking that I was comfortable so I never felt rushed or pressured. Their calm, caring approach made me feel safe and eased my anxiety about dental visits. Highly recommend.

She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the appointment. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such professionalism with warmth and understanding—I highly recommend her!

I visited this place a couple of times. My experience was fine until my last visit. Three months later, I received a surprise bill of $482.66, even though my insurance had already reimbursed me $476.07. I called to ask about the difference, and was told I had to cover their banking fee because the insurance paid me directly, not them. I find it unacceptable that I’m being charged extra for something that should clearly be part of their own business expenses. Processing fees or banking fees are not the customer’s responsibility. This feels unfair and unprofessional, and I’m disappointed with how this was handled. Anyway, that will be the last time visit them

Dr.Robertson is the best dentist we found in this entire city . Very cooperative and helpful. She knows what she is doing . She knows how to handle all kind of ages special 4 year old kid . Her team is fantastic just like her . Highly recommended 👌
