Also there is connection between land owners and odion management and they give prefential treatment and keep lot of working pending. This layout has no security, they allow anyone inside. Potential buyers ask these questions When manages the layout Does the layout has water connection Is the boundary wall completed How's the street dog situation Are land owners coes allowed to roam on the street and access children park who clears their cow dunk

No accountability and layout is open to all with no proper maintenance, security. In spite of multiple request no update on action items from the builder

Visited to check resale plot with premium price, found tons of issues. Odion management is good i hear. But, they leave residents at the mercy of sales head, who tries to squeeze hefty commissions from everything in the layout. No individual borewells, now they are selling water to residents. Most of the phases doesnt have permanent power. all phases have legal issues. It seems, association is not formed to control voices. Good luck to Buyerz !!
