Customer experiences
It's a fun, little cafe offering a large selection of drinks and foods with a good variety of board games for you to play. The food was pretty good but I wasn't a fan of the bubble tea drinks. I think it's the type of milk that's used that gives it a very fatty taste/sensation. The only decent one was the red bean matcha tea. Food portion and prices were fair around $15/order of rice and meats. You pay $6/person for 2 hours if you are playing board games or free if you are just ordering food.
Perfect place for drinks and amazing place for playing board games with friends. Loud environment for board game, but full of entertainment, mostly young people. Lunch and dinners are over expensive compared to price, suggest you get drinks.
Ah, Twilight Café. Where else can you order a cold strawberry matcha latte and receive it… in a steaming hot coffee cup? Truly, innovation at its finest. I mean, why bother with those pesky transparent glass cups they proudly display when you can serve an iced drink in a vessel meant for cappuccinos? Genius. Reason #1? Maybe they ran out of cups. But wait, I literally saw them stacked there — they just weren’t for me. Reason #2? Maybe it’s just a secret dress code I didn’t know about. If you want the fancy glass experience, better show up dressed like you’re attending fashion week. Me? I was just a mere mortal picking up orders, so I guess I didn’t make the cut.
My time was overall not a great experience. The food took around 20 minutes to arrive just to have one dish overly salted and the other under salted. The ambience is great and seemed like a wonderful spot to hang out with friends playing board games. Wouldn’t come here again for the food unfortunately. For the price you pay for, it doesn’t reflect on the meals. Would be willing to try again as it may have been a one off experience, but hard to want to come back.
