We’ve had such a positive experience with Twinkle Little Star Dance Studio so far! From the very beginning, Julia has been incredibly helpful—promptly answering all my questions, keeping me updated with promotional deals, and smoothly handling our enrolment process. She helped us organize a trial class, which my kiddo absolutely loved, and we’ve been excited about everything since! We’re about to begin summer camp and are already enrolled for classes in the new year. I really appreciated that Julia gave me the time and space to figure out our schedule, while also checking in and letting me know when new class times were becoming available. So far, I’m really happy with how everything has gone, and my child is looking forward to being a part of the TLS family. Highly recommend!

We took our daughter to a free trial class and she absolutely loved it. She was so excited, it was difficult for her to follow instructions. She’s only 3, so hasn’t quite mastered that discipline yet. But the instructor was so patient and gentle with her and the other kids. I never wanted to, or intended on being a “dance mom”, but hey…anything for our kids, right? Our girl did not want to leave. I know absolutely nothing about dance, so I had a lot of questions, and the girl I spoke with was very patient and answered all of them I had. We immediately enrolled her in the academy’s summer camp and she cannot wait! We are looking forward to a lasting relationship with Twinkle Star Dance Academy and the instructors there.

I’m so happy my daughter had a blast in her dance class. The kids were so cute and the teachers were gentle and patient. So far we went to a “trial” class, but after seeing how much fun she had, we signed her up immediately right after. Highly recommend giving them a try.

We attended Twinkle Star in Frisco for about two years. I would say it is OK for smaller children (6 and under). It is a small one room location with a small waiting area. Dance instructors changed frequently. There are not many children that go to this location, so as the children get older there are fewer of them to make a class. We had to take our daughter to another dance school as Twinkle Star cancelled the class she was enrolled because there were not enough children registered for it, and the other classes did not fit in our schedule. They cancelled this class after the first month, even though there were not enough children registered. Proper etiquette would have been to cancel the class prior to it starting if there were not enough children registered. During this first month, we did not attend 3 of 4 classes. As there were no other registered students the classes did not take place on these days. After they cancelled the class I asked for refund and was told I would receive a refund. I was then told I would not receive a refund but would be offered make up classes instead for days that did not fit in our schedule. Abysmal business practices to treat a family that had been attending for 2 years this way. The money is not important, it's the principle of the matter.
