There are many staffs in the store but no one bothered to attend to the customers . No one was paying attention and they were focusing on their own work. This is the 3rd time dis has happened !! WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!

Worest experience I was faced12/8/2024 While we are standing at the bill counter for billing unfortunately my 8months old baby pees at the floor at the time I said about that to the staff and asking have somecloths ,she said ask to another staff and I also ask to that staff she said no So we just move forward the trally and that time the staff came and told that to me go out and take mop and clean the floor and go because other customers standing on that I obay that and I clean the floor using mop (they insulting me) other customers are looking at me .i was very upset this was the rude behavior. There is no staff to clean that what's behavior is that???

Such a chaotic management.. First of all the salesman called Vinod Kumar should learn to respect customers...He is always rude and loyalty points when deducted on the app comes as a different number on the UPI with a higher amount...
