I tried the salon for the first time yesterday because there's so many people recommending it on Facebook, and I was not disappointed at all. I was very, very lucky to have Emma as my stylist. I found out some very cool things from her, that she's an alternative hairstylist. She specializes in shags, which is exactly what I went in for but I didn't know she was a specialist in that area, but I guess the biggest thing that really impressed me was that she's a gender affirming hairstylist. I have a lot of queer people in my life. Some are non-binary, and I just loved that she's someone who my friends and family could feel safe going to to reaffirm who they are, because our hair is so much a part of our identity (which was another part of our conversation) while she was cutting my hair yesterday. Hair is a huge part of our culture and identity of who we are. I loved her and I will definitely go back to see her. I think she's a fabulous, fabulous stylist. I highly recommend her if you're looking for an alternative haircut/style/color OR if you're wanting gender affirming cuts/styles/colors. She will gladly support you through that process and do an excellent job!

I had Jenna as my hair stylist and the overall experience at twisted pretty was great! I’m very happy with the results i got. Jenna was very nice and explained everything thoroughly before starting, to make sure we were both on the same page. Her work is amazing! Definitely would recommend her!

Had my hair curled there for a wedding told the lady that my hair doesn’t hold curl very well because it is so heavy so I wanted it sprayed good with hairspray. She told me no my hair holds curl really well and I shouldn’t have any problem. My hair was basically flat within two hours of leaving the salon. Waste of money. They also messed up on a payment that I was making for family members and put the money to someone else. I’m on the phone twice when I booked the appointment that I was not with the people they asked if I was with and then when I was paying, I told them multiple times that no I wasn’t with those people and they still put the money on their service. Be the last time I ever go there.

Absolutely LOVE twisted pretty! I’ve gotten my hair cut by Robyn, my nails filled twice by Kora and Chelsea! My nails held up four weeks with no lifting or chipping! I’ll keep being a loyal customer. This is definitely a one stop shop! 🥰 the customer service is GREAT and atmosphere is just wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about this place. 🫶
