We made a plan right then and I felt confident I found the best company. He emailed over a breakdown of cost for everything we discussed and it was very reasonable and professionally presented to me. Within 10 days I had a new roof, new fence/gate, and a beautiful new deck. They removed all the trash and all the employees were very professional from start to finish. Avoid JM Johnson Builders roofing. Newly purchased house had a small leak and per PICRA this company fixed it. Well I go and look after all the rain we've had it's not fixed. I called their number and spoke with Joey. He states he was onsite and to call Justin, the owner in order to determine if it's covered under warranty. I called Justin a couple of times and he never answered, but I left a message. I then sent a text and received an immediate response. In short, he stated they only warranty their work for 6 months due to the age of my roof. Yeah. You know it's cruddy work when you only stand by it for 6 months. My roof is a 10 year old roof with a GAF Timberline 30 year shingle. It's not that old nor a bad shingle brand/type. I've attached the proof they serviced my roof before they stated they never serviced it. Unfortunately, there is nothing in writing how long things are warrantied for. The repair costs me $2K now for work they should have corrected the first time. In my opinion, you can use this company if you want to get shafted but avoid otherwise. Just to add to a comment below when the company stated that "JM Johnson Builders" wasn't around 4 years ago. If you do you research they were "Under Cover Roofing before. Their website name even resolves back to the same name.

Justin, Josh, and their team are fantastic. They have done a lot of work for me and my clients. Most recently, I represented the seller in a transaction and they completed a long PICRA (repair item) list. Then they came out 6+ extra times to do little touch ups and extra items to please the buyer. Without them, we would not have made it to the closing table.
