Upon meeting Ty he was professional, very knowledgeable and informative about the entire process and what to expect. He gave us options that best suited our needs from recommendations on pricing, staging, open house and offer dates. My wife and I had a great experience working with Ty, both as buyers and as sellers. He is very good at building informal connections and social networking to find buyers, and is very well connected to the River Heights market and community. He worked very hard to secure a buyer for our house, made the entire process fun and easy, and was there to offer us advice, emotional support, and impressive punmanship at every stage! EDIT for post signing but pre closing- Ty put in so much effort to help us coordinate our closing. Over the weekend, at night, whatever, it didn't matter, he was here to help and help navigate the transaction. I would increase to 5+ if I could!

As a Canadian Armed Forces family going through our first move with a four month old baby, the home buying process could have been overwhelming, but Ty made it smooth, informative, and even enjoyable. We first connected with Ty in February after seeing a listing in Charleswood that caught our attention. Ty was honest and knowledgeable, letting us know that the property would likely be sold before we were ready to buy later in the spring or summer. From day one, he showed that he truly understood the market and our timeline. When we flew in from Vancouver Island for our house hunting trip with our then two month old, Ty was incredible. He showed us a wide range of homes, gave us helpful insights into the Winnipeg market, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Even when our first offer did not work out, Ty stayed committed and kept looking for the right home for us. Eventually we started looking at new builds and fell in love with our home in Highland Pointe. Ty’s experience with new construction really showed. He guided us through the process clearly and made sure we felt confident with every decision. Ty was professional, responsive, and truly cared about helping us find a home that fit our family’s needs. We highly recommend him to anyone, especially other military families who are relocating. On top of everything, Ty gave us some great hats and shirts. Our dog Rye immediately claimed one of the hats. He must be part of Ty’s team now because he will not take it off and clearly takes his new role very seriously 😂
