My wife and I had a great experience working with Ty, both as buyers and as sellers. He is very good at building informal connections and social networking to find buyers, and is very well connected to the River Heights market and community. He worked very hard to secure a buyer for our house, made the entire process fun and easy, and was there to offer us advice, emotional support, and impressive punmanship at every stage! EDIT for post signing but pre closing- Ty put in so much effort to help us coordinate our closing. Over the weekend, at night, whatever, it didn't matter, he was here to help and help navigate the transaction. I would increase to 5+ if I could!
