My Attorneys and everyone was nice. But everything just took a long time. I understand it’s a process to get all documents and for my physical therapy. I think everything should have went a lot faster. I had attorney named Brandy unfortunately she left and I wasn’t notified about that and I calling her number and texting her as well. I talked to my other attorney name Richard twice over the 10 months. Everytime I called the number I had for him it went straight to voicemail or it said the number I dialed wasn’t in service. So I had to call the lender and Rowe through the website. They directed me to Sara the case manager she was really nice and very helpful. Sara fixed everything right away and got everything moving a lot faster. The overall experience was okay.

Would I use Lerner and Rowe? Heck, YES!!!!! I wouldn't use anyone else! I was injured in a bad car accident on February 28, 2023 right after having Rotator Cuff surgery. To top if off, the other driver had no insurance, no job and I figured I was just basically up the proverbial river. People told me I had better contact an Attorney anyway..... I contacted Lerner and Rowe and was immediately put in touch with what turned out to be the most amazing team of Adam ( the attorney), Jolene, Iris and Andrea! Their patience was never ending as I had lost the ability to read, the concussion (which I STILL am having side effects from)impaired my cognitive thinking PLUS I could could barely communicate as I was stuttering so badly my family could hardly understand me! They not only took over to make sure my car insurance company paid for all my medical bills, but even more important and astonishing was that they actually stayed in TOUCH! I have dealt with other law firms for my former businesses and NEVER have I had this kind of service and compassion! They would even call and check on me while they working on my case. Not with anything to update me on but just to see how I was.... They had not only negotiated with all my medical suppliers, but just recently they contacted about one more negotiated party ( I thought that all of them were done!) And THEN they contacted me last week and told me I had a check for a great amount coming to ME!! I NEVER expect THAT!! I had figured it was all a "wash" since the guy had nothing to file on and I know my medical expenses were HUGE. But NO!!
