Pams GhiaOrdered a red walking stick, was aware at time of ordering it was out of stock, but were awaiting a delivery. After nearly a month, no sign of stick, so emailed company and asked for a refund. No reply. I emailed them again and still didn't get a reply. I rang and spoke to a woman who said she would pass my request along to the right department and it would be dealt with straightaway. Nothing. A week later, I rang again. Spoke to a chap this time and explained situation again! He told me he had the request in front of him and would sort it by end of day and to look out for email later on confirming refund. Now, after telling me all this, he ended call and I was aware he had not asked for a single detail of the order! Not my details or order number etc...and guess what? I still haven’t received a refund or notification by email that refund is on way! I would seriously advise purchasing elsewhere.

Sue ClarkeDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They deserve zero stars. Unfortunately for me I didn't read the reviews until after I'd placed my order on April 17th, before 3pm for same day despatch, as it says on the website. Now on May 29th I have neither the product nor a refund. I have phoned & been told I would get my order, have sent emails. One to cancel & demanding a refund 11 days ago. I can't get a refund through PayPal as I don't have/want/need a PayPal account. This is no way to run a business, keeping customers money & not fulfilling their order, though it must be a good money making scheme for them.
Lisa ManningTerrible customer service ...items not in stock ..yet to receive whatever i never got refunded for ..considering it was only a very small order i paid extortionate shipping prices and i had to chase after it to be told yes we will defo send out .then receive a partial refund with no explanation whats been refunded! so no idea what part of my order has been refunded. Complete waste of my time! if anything for the small amount i ordered they should have just refunded me the whole small amount for my time and inconvenience caused .wont ever use them again
