I recently had a very disappointing experience at TyrePlus Car Garage. when I first arrived, the staff seemed reluctant to fix my car, only agreeing to do so after I informed them that I had been sent from another branch wasting 30 minutes just to reach them. Upon arrival, I was left waiting without any prior notice becuse they stop working on my car to fix another car came after ,This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Even more frustrating was that it took me over 2 hours to fix a small problem with the tire alignment. To make matters worse, the technician who worked on my car did so without using any protective coverings, leaving my seat completely wet. At the end of the ordeal, I decided to leave without getting the issue fixed and paid the full amount. To top it all off, the crane stopped working while my car was still elevated, causing further delays. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope they improve their customer service and communication in the future.

On 09 May 2025, sometime between Maghrib and Isha (GMT+4), I decided to swing by CME (AKA Tyre Plus) in Abu Dhabi after doing Istikhara and reading through their stellar reviews – over 1.1K+ ratings with a 4.9 average. I pulled up with a soft leak in my right front tire, and right from the start, things just felt right. First person I met was a friendly African guy (didn’t catch his name). I asked him about the cost of a front tire, but he must have misheard me because he immediately said “35”, referring to the PSI. And honestly, that was a great sign. Most places would ask you how much pressure to put, but this guy just knew it. A small detail, but it instantly gave me the sense that I was in the right place. Inside, I was greeted by Ayub, and that’s when things really got solid. This guy was straight-up professional. I asked him a bunch of questions about tire quality, pricing, and some other stuff, and he didn’t miss a beat. He was honest, clear, and no BS – told me exactly what they could and couldn’t do, without any fluff or sales pitch. It’s rare to come across someone as straightforward and genuine as Ayub. The pricing? Way better than expected. The quote they gave me was already lower than what I’d been hearing from other shops – no need to haggle. And to top it off, they were offering 2025 model tires, while most other places were still pushing 2024 stock. That alone was worth the visit. All in all, the whole experience was smooth, straightforward, and solid from start to finish. Ayub’s honesty and no-nonsense attitude really stood out. Thanks to him, CME just gained a regular customer, and I’ll definitely be spreading the word. Appreciate it, Ayub – keep doing what you’re doing.
