A special thanks goes to Faroyk, the mechanic, who was professional, knowledgeable, and truly reassuring throughout the process. The warranty claim was smooth, easy, and fast. One suggestion for improvement: consider partnering with a towing/recovery company that can assist by sending customers directly to the shop in case of emergencies.
