My car failed its mot and halfords were unable to source and fit the part. Just after 8 I called to ask if they could fit the part, speaking to a very helpful man, Mark. He saod he would check if they could get the part and call me back. Withon about 10 mins Mark called, said they had tye part on the shelf and t9 bring it in. I Mananged to ger my car there within half hour and it was ready to collect at 1. They showed me my old part and what was wrong with it, and it passed the mot the same day. Very reasonable price, good service all round. Highly reccommend!

Went to change my auto/start stop battery and they instead change my main battery. Not only that,he gave a receipt in writing saying “further electrical faults” which is rubbish because he didn’t changed the correct battery. Called them to let them know I found out the “problem “ and he said “it wasn’t me who change it” I only changed what you told us… Really??? Cowboys,stay away from them. They don’t have a clue,and I waited in cold for more than an hour for the man trying to figure it out why the faulty code still come on🤦🏻‍♀️Unbelievable

called in as I had a red engine light suddenly appear. They were helpful and professional. Performed a diagnostic check found the fault. As it was mid afternoon. They said they would order parts and fix it the following day. I was so surprised to receive a call a couple of hours later to say it was fixed and ready for collection. And the price was reasonable too. Highly recommend
