Then she called me back to say they could fit me in today! By the end of the afternoon, both my sinks had new baskets, and I was back in business! Fast, efficient, friendly service. Happy that we decided to go with Iron Horse Plumbing to rough in a basement bathroom for us. The guys were very polite and professional. They were easy to communicate with and very accommodating when it came to scheduling. I paid what i was quoted which was a very fair quote compared to others I had received. I had the guys from Iron Horse out to install my new dishwasher. They removed the old one and even vacuumed behind it before installing the new one. When inquiring about the services they were very responsive by email. The price was very reasonable and invoiced as quoted. My tenant had contacted me that the bathtub taps were dripping and of course over a short periode of time the drip got worse. These were really old taps that weren't the washer-less type. One place I called couldn't get there for four days. I called Iron Horse and they got back to me later that day and said they would be able to be out the next day in the afternoon. Greg gave me a call as they headed to the location and I met them there. Being old with corrosion built up on the hot water one it was particularly difficult to remove. Within about 30 minutes they had the old valves removed and new ones installed. The invoice that I received was very fair and reasonable for the service call and service, no complaints there. I could also pay by eTransfer a real plus. I asked if they do bathroom renovations as well if I wanted to get the bathroom redone and he said they did. I will be definitely giving Iron Horse a call again in the future for plumbing repairs and to get a quote regarding bathroom renovations.
