I took my road bike in for a Level 2 Service. This included: Basic Tune-Up & Safety Check (Recommended every 800-1200km) Full frame inspection Deep cleaning & bike wash Check & lubricate all cables Adjust gears & brakes Wheel truing & alignment Inspect bearings, bottom bracket & headset, greasing included Tighten and Torque all bolts and screws Tire & sealant inspection, check tire pressure, and fill Test ride to ensure perfect performance I also took my new Carbon Handlebars to have installed. The bike was ready 2 days later looking like new. Highly recommend them with reasonable pricing.

Very unprofessional. They sent me a helmet with an incorrect size. I was told i can return it which i did but it took them 10 days to pick it up, and now, im waiting for more than 2 weeks for the refund. They tell me everyday that they will process it but how many “everyday” should i hear from them? I am very disappointed. Keep my money. I dont need it

Uaecycle is one of the recommended good brand of bike and cheaper cost of retail price and with quality services offered.. Thanks to the mechanic that service my bike.. alim and anna..
