Bottom line: believe all of the 5-star reviews! It seems that there is nothing this man can’t do! When we attempted to remove some wall tile in my daughter’s kitchen, we were met with a stubborn project that was nearly impossible to complete on our timeline. We asked Ulises if he could help out. He and his team descended down and just crushed that project. Walls were removed and new dry wall installed perfectly and in what seemed like record time. We were so happy with his work, we next discussed with Ulises replacing a bathroom vanity. Here’s another great part of working with him: he’s a fantastic problem solver. The previous owner of the house installed the plumbing in an “interesting” manner making it difficult to find a modern vanity that would fit. Ulises came to us with some ideas and pricing for each of the options so we could make an educated decision. Ulises is honest, excellent at communicating, fair in pricing, takes pride in his work, and is in every way a joy to work with. He is on time every time. Household projects can be stressful and overwhelming and his care and expertise eliminate all of that for you.

Ulises removed an old fan and installed a new ceiling fan with a light in my room. He and his team also removed a fan in my dining room, relocated the light box to the center of the room, and hung the new fixture. He was so courteous and gracious and did a wonderful job. He provided the quote and came to do the work the next day. I highly recommend his services!

Ulises and his crew did fantastic work. We had 5 outdoor light fixtures, 3 bathroom light/exhaust fans and our doorbell replaced. They also installed a double outlet in our basement for sump pump generator backup. Communication was excellent as he came within one day after calling for initial estimate (very reasonable) and a couple days later to do the work. Texting for estimate, scheduling, en route. Quick, efficient and quality work. We are so pleased we’re going to have him give us an estimate on some remodeling too. Very highly recommend UBD.
