Great experience! Ran into problems with email app on iMac. Called and Alex fit me in on schedule with short notice. Did remote service appointment with Jason who walked me thru the repair. Ended up wiping hard drive, reinstalling OS and then restoring from Time machine backup. Great customer service and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Cracked the screen on my iPhone (my business phone) and was worrying about downtime. Googled authorized Apple iPhone repairs and found this company had a lot of very positive reviews. I can personally understand why. Jason said I could bring it in at lunchtime and he had it fixed within 15 minutes. Cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated when I made the call. Very knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and highly recommended.

I needed to update my MAC OS. Jason encouraged me to give it a try on my own but a glitch in my dated OS prevented me from doing so. I ended up making an appointment at Ubermac. Jason was really nice and his service timely. Thank you.

Had to give a shout out to Ubermac for an iPhone screen replacement they handled for my wife. Originally had it replaced very quickly, but we noticed the screen wasn't quite 100% responsive. Added a screen protector and all of a sudden things got much worse, miss clicks, scrolling issues, the whole nine. With the protector removed it was certainly serviceable but not Apple standards that's for sure. Went in and explained our woes and they replaced the screen again no problem, and even installed a new tempered glass protector since we had to throw one out. Everything is great now, thanks again!
