Jesse was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In the span of 2 weeks I managed to break the lens cover on my iPhone 12 Pro and somehow my battery had become swollen. I tried to have my phone repaired at the Apple Store on both occasions, and after a total of 8 hours waiting time, they were pretty much useless, stating they were unable to fix my phone and I would need to pay more than $550 for another solution. I brought it to Jesse at iGear and he was able to fix both issues in less than 45 mins. Their prices were also very reasonable. I may never go to Apple again. I highly recommend them for any cell phone repair needs you might have.
