I had terrible service provided back in August, yet I keep getting emailed receipts saying various services have just now been completed. Stay away from this location. I took my phone in for a cracked screen. I had to work with the regional manager and their escalations team. It took 2 months for me to finally get a phone after they itinially broke my phone further. They ordered me replacement phones, because they repeatedly ordered the wrong phone (wrong cell provider two times, lower memory than the phone I initially brought in, and then finally a phone that was compatible and had more memory). Save your time and money, go elsewhere.
