We stepped through the door of the U-Haul located at 3267 Mainway on a very hot day near the end of summer & were greeted pleasantly by several staff. Renting a 26 foot truck was made smooth as silk by the General Manager Tracy Davenport. They were personable, good humoured, courteous & handled the entire process with a confident sense of professionalism. The truck was clean & in excellent condition. We experienced no issues or concerns during the move & the drop off was straightforward. We highly recommend visiting this location for any rental or storage needs!

this past weekend i rented an auto trailer to haul a derby car. my reservation was set for 2pm but I was unable to make it until about 4:30pm. i had received a message earlier on saying my trailer would be held until 6pm, no problem. when i arrived, there was a delay in regards to check-in and a couple hiccups. eventually once i got the trailer, there was no concerns surrounding the equipment as it was all good. I completed an email survey after my booking, and explained a few of my concerns with my check in experience. this evening, i received a call from Tracy the general manager who wanted to personally apologize, assured me that this would be addressed and rectified the situation. Tracy was very emphatic and genuine, I truly appreciate her taking the time to contact me to resolve this matter. after this experience, and knowing this location is managed by Tracy who evidently genuinely cares for the customers, i will happily use this location moving forward.

I had been looking for a vehicle repair business since the start of June 2025 to replace my hitch wiring harness because Kia refused to install replacement harness as their oem part was discontinued. I went to 5 car repair shops with my 2017 Kia Sportage and not one would take on the job. I dropped into UHAUL in Burlington and Russell made an appointment for me for 2 days later on October 22nd, 2025. I expected it to be a challenge for anyone who took on the job but Benjamin did a great job with a couple of hiccups but HE INSTALLED A WORKING HARNESS for a reasonable cost! I had been considering selling my 4x8 trailer because 2 recommended trailer specialists could not do the job! Unreal... Thanks to UHAUL for stepping up to the plate while so many others were cowering in the dressing room.

The location is nice and big. Lots of parking spots. The pick up and drop off was fast and efficient. The suspension is very weak on the 15ft moving truck with 102000 miles. Maybe you need to consider renewing your equipment more frequently.
