U-Haul Moving & Storage of Clarksville

Absolutely the worst customer service experience. We stopped by this U-Haul location on May 23 at around 6:00 PM, and the woman working at that time was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. We asked a basic question about the towing dolly, and instead of helping, she responded with pure attitude and frustration like we were bothering her. No effort to be polite, helpful, or even remotely respectful. Won’t ever be coming back to this place and suggest no-one to come to this location.

Renee was absolutely fantastic! She was efficient during both the delivery (in the pouring rain) and pickup of my U-boxes. She answered all my questions. Her positive attitude and professionalism made the entire process a breeze. I couldn't be happier with her service!

Was in and out quick load. I slept here overnight but be warn this isn't a good neighborhood. Make sure you carry that Pew Pew. They will tell you this ain't a good place. So there is overnight parking at your risk. I was fine and nobody bothered me beside a state trooper came into the lot and I draw my curtains and he left... yea yall I was terrified. I wans worry about anything but him lol. And also a another went into the wrong lot and me and a driver had to help him out. So follow the outline in the picture. Stay blessed yall 🙏🏾
