I had nothing but great experiences at this location in particular all thanks to James!!!! This guy is top notch and OWNED excellent customer service in my dealings with him. I would hope every associate at U-Haul modeled themselves after James. I greatly appreciate all that he did to help me and my family as we got settled into our new home and area. It was a huge change for us coming from Tampa and he made it less stressful for us. Thanks James!!!!!!!

Even when experiencing computer issues, the people at the desk were great. Your system crashed, but they found a way around so I didn't have to wait too long. The two young men I interacted with at check out and check in were great, polite and professional.
