The representatives over the phone are unprofessional and don’t care about their customers. I’ve been trying to get a price match the last two days and they have been both inconsistent in their answers and not helpful what so ever. When I got a quote with Penske they were offering $400 LESS on a 6’ LONGER truck AND UNLIMITED MILEAGE. U-Haul does not offer the same kind of savings and based off my interactions they don’t care that they’re losing business.

Fantastic experience with renting an auto trailer and receiving assistance loading my car up and having it safely prepared for a 3 day drive. The workers were really friendly and patient and Denise was an absolute professional who helped me accommplish my trip with no issue!
