I cannot recommend Morgan enough! Her customer service is truly exceptional—she consistently goes above and beyond to help her customers. Once again yesterday, she demonstrated incredible kindness and support, and I am so grateful for her. Her dedication and compassion have once again really saved me and my son yesterday. Updating my review. So it took me posting my original review to get things fixed. Original story short, was getting double charged and fraudulent recipient manipulation. The GM got a hold of me and let me know he was just taking over the establishment and has been working on fixing some bad habits. We agreed upon getting the unjust fees and charges reimbursed. I wish I could give a 5 star to the GM cause it was quick with discussion and satisfaction for the problem at hand. I'm changing my original review from 1 to 3 star for the hassle and future renting can change that. Hopefully for the better!
