AVOID AT ALL COSTS - ZERO SECURITY AND MULTIPLE BREAK-INS ​If you value your belongings, do NOT rent a unit here. I am writing this review to warn everyone so they don't make the same mistake I did. ​My unit was broken into TWICE in the span of about two weeks. The first time, I filed a report and started the process of dealing with my stolen property. Before I could even finish moving my remaining items out, my unit was broken into AGAIN. ​This facility has absolutely NO effective security. There are no cameras monitoring the property, so when my unit was burglarized, there was no footage, no leads, and no accountability. What is the point of a "secure" facility if there is no security? ​Between the two break-ins, I've lost half, if not all, of my possessions. It's absolutely devastating. The feeling of being violated twice is horrible, and the financial and emotional loss is staggering. ​Do not trust their gates or their locks. It's a completely false sense of security. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else—anywhere else—that actually invests in protecting their customers' property.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Manager called me up out of no where and starting yelling at me for doing exactly what they told me I was allowed to do when I moved in. They then locked up all the electrical outlets just to screw over their residents for no reason and hung up on when every time I tried to call. Absolutely would not recommend. Left me with an extremely bad taste in my mouth

After the app claimed the u-box was in salt lake and then redirected to Provo, we called the Provo store ahead of time and they said they had looked in the yard, saw it and had it on a trailer ready for pickup before arriving. Upon arrival to the Provo location they had nobody on site to put the box on the trailer. We walked the yard to double check the box was there and were unable to locate it out of the 10 that were on site. Since we had now accumulated over 4 hours of driving around to get the ubox, we called the help line multiple times with no real answer, so we went home. The call center said the store was promising free delivery today, but haven’t heard anything back from the company. We were promised Sydney the manager would call us first thing this morning and now at noon we have left a couple voicemails with no answers on even what location the U-box is at.
