German did a wonderful job dealing with several irate customers that were before me in line. The systems were slow and he was working alone. My checkout was easy besides computers being slow. Return was easy. Give that man a raise!

There is a person working in this U-Haul ,who is absolutely a disaster for the service department. He is very unfriendly and a very respectless person. You could say that he is not belongs for the job.

Very helpful staff - interacted with four associates- all well informed and very helpful / courteous. The truck and trailer performed well and I was comfortable on my 1000 mile one way trip.

Called to get a quote on prices. Had to sit through a long automated message I couldn't skip. Once I finally got through to a person I asked about getting a quote. He said something I couldn't hear, and I when I asked for him to repeat he transferred me to another automated message that was a dead end.
