Been to this location about 3 times and each time has had more than helpful staff and quick service. We got a hitch put on our subaru outback a few months ago and we appreciated the installer going over everything with us and making sure we knew what our car was capable of.

Rude employees. Went to get propane filled and two guys came out and said nothing to us until they told us we had to go somewhere to get them re-certified. Says on the website they have techs that can re-certify so I think they just didnt feel like it. Won't go back!

Worst experience ever, I'm not from Medford. Needed a trailer ended up getting upsold just to find out that the trailer didn't work. When they clearly had the correct sizes that I needed, but just wanted to make extra money. So watch out for these guys.

This is the third time I’ve used this U-Haul location to put hitches on my VW GTI’s over the last many years. I also used them to install a hitch on a Cargo Van. Each time they were fast, courteous, and reliable in their workmanship. Four for four on positive experiences over the last dozen years.
