Christopher HYesterday was my first visit to Claudio Peru at this practice for a root canal. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly warm and friendly—his calm, reassuring manner instantly put me at ease. Any nerves I had at the start quickly faded as his skill and experience became obvious. Ninety minutes later, the treatment was complete, thanks also to his excellent assistant. At the end, I told them they were “formidable”—and I meant it. My only (light-hearted!) criticism, which I shared with Claudio, was the background music: a rather uninspiring selection of piano tunes that reminded me of being on hold during a phone call. I suggested letting patients choose a radio station instead! I would have given a 10/10 review, but I’m deducting one point for the music. Thank you, Claudio, and your wonderful assistant (whose name I’m sorry to say I didn’t catch).
