In general they've been fantastic. Took a while before they got all of the recent building work done, but now things are moving around smoothly. My experience is limited to refilling and picking up prescriptions, but they've always done a great job. Only dig is that UK stopped filling pet prescriptions, but that's a tangential point.

I have to say that I'm very impressed with the staff here. I believe her name was Brittany went above and beyond helping me when my pharmacy insurance had a technical issue. She spent quite a bit of time trying to troubleshoot what went wrong. Wait times are short and prices are very reasonable.

Always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. If they dont have an answer they will dig to the depths of earth to find one. The whole building is filled with amazing and kind people! Love Fountain Court!
