We bought our Hot Tub in 2017. UK Leisure Living Ltd have always been 100% spot on with Customer Service. The lovely James the service engineer has looked after our tub too and kept it in mint condition. Gareth and his team have always been on hand to answer any questions. Totally recommend these guys & Girls. We sold our Tub back to them & The Top boss Gareth & James came to uplift it and take it away and give it a new life for another customer. 10/10 Thank you so much everyone.

Amazing service from start to finish. Kirsty in the show room was brilliant as was Paul who delivered, commissioned and provided excellent training. Really please with my new Aspen Spa and thank you to the whole team at UK Leisure Living. Great customer service! 18.06.25 update... Had my first spa service today by Jon, he arrived promptly and has done an incredible job! Beautifully cleaned inside and out, re-treated my cover also. My hot tub looks brand new! Whilst I didn't meet Jon due to being in work, my wife told me he was fantastic and didnt stop! I have also been told he was amazing with my little daughter who was apparently chatting his ear off! Once again, the team at UK Leisure Living live up to their exceptional reputation. Polite, professional, hard working, amazing service and awesome products. Not once has this company let me down, from my initial enquiry, purchase, delivery and now aftercare through servicing, they have been incredible! @Jon, thank you for leaving my tub looking spotless and incredible!

We bought a tub from UK Leisure Living 4 years ago and have continued to rely on them to keep it in tip top condition. We have been very pleased with the service we have received. We recently had a leak and James, the engineer came promptly and had it fixed in no time. A very knowledgeable guy who knows his hot Tubs and was happy to offer advice when asked, no bull just straightforward. I would certainly recommend UK Leisure Living if you are considering a Hot Tub or require servicing or accessories
