Utterly shocking experience with this company. Sent me a product that was completely different to what was advertised and ignored my request for a return label. I then received an unsolicited package from them which they insisted on being returned via courier who turned up 2 days after the day they told me the courier would arrive, leaving me sitting waiting for a pickup for a full day. I have repeatedly asked for a return and refund but manager Matt is trying to wash his hands of this, deny me a refund and place the blame on me for a failed pickup when I have asked for a pickup within a reasonable time window. My next port of call is to Trading Standards to report the abysmal treatment I have received over the last month. Definitely a company to avoid unless you enjoy stress, being talked down to and wasting money on products that aren't what you paid for *update* I specifically told Matt that there would be no-one home today for a collection and lo and behold when I came home for lunch UPS arrived to collect, only for me to be told that they couldn't take the packages without a return label to scan. You know, the one I have repeatedly asked for and haven't received. Pathetic. Avoid this company at all costs!
Do not use this company. Sent an ABS sensor that caused more fault codes than the original faulty one. Returned it for testing ... no response just refunded 50% of what I paid. Now I have no sensor and only 50% of what I paid. Shocking performance... they won't be in business for long !
Excellent company, purchased a new TPMs for my jaguar XF, had it fitted and within 10 miles of driving it was sorted. No hassle, no programming. Would highly recommended and will certainly use again. Cheers
