Almost lost my foot and it was treated like a headache. I was referred to them by a specialist and as soon as I complained about pain to the nurse to preface my next appointment, she chose to evaluate my pain without ever seeing me or helping me and immediately give up and request I go to an emergency room. Even though Urgent care sent me there because I needed help. What is the point if you don't do anything to help?

My husband had a brainstem stroke in February 2021. In June 2021 he began outpatient speech, physical & occupational therapies under Cardinal Hill. He has progressed well & in December 2022 UK Healthcare took over the outpatient services at Cardinal Hill. All I can say is WOW! The state of the art equipment they now have has just made his recovery even better. My stroke surviving husband has just continued to show improvement, even more so now with the new equipment he gets to work with. Not only is the equipment top notch, but we give all of his therapists an A++++++! He looks forward to therapies each Tuesday & Thursday & we feel that everyone there is a part of our family.

Got referred here by a specialist(as a new patient) and 10 minutes before my appointment start time, they call me and tell me I was scheduled with the wrong Dr. I asked why this wasn’t dealt with before the appt start time; was told they don’t do their own scheduling. I was given a new appointment. I happened to check MyChart just to see they scheduled me with the same wrong Dr. again while I was on the phone with them! I call and explain. They have someone call me back just to ask me when was the last time I saw the wrong Dr. that I’ve never seen! They then proceeded to tell me that the Dr. I was supposed to see wasn’t even in that week and they would have to call me back (again) to schedule an appt with the right doctor(who I was specifically referred to in the first place). I won’t be going at all if this is indicative of the level of care I would’ve received.

I was referred to do PT At Cardinal Hill, I called and was told they were booked up for two weeks but couldn’t make me an appointment past 2 weeks. then i asked to be put on a cancelation list and was informed they don't do that but the other doctors with UK do this. i still have not heard back from them about getting in. I can’t believe that they don’t care enough for the patients that are referred to them by a UK doctor in the same building doesn’t mean anything to them. This is horrible service!!
