I can't emphasize enough how disappointing my experience has been with this agency. It's been the worst I've ever encountered in my entire professional journey. They consistently struggle to process even a week's payment accurately, and dealing with them feels like fighting an uphill battle just to get paid. There's a complete lack of reliable support and constant delays, making it clear that they don’t adhere to the agreed-upon timesheets or respect your interests. When it comes to resolving payment disputes, they're utterly useless, even when the main contractor is failing to execute properly, they won't move their finger to help you resolve your missing hours or days. Getting your overtime paid - forget it... massive struggles there as well. Good luck to all of you out there, trying to make a honest living, especially if you are going or currently working for UKR... If there were less stars available, I would’ve given them instead of 1
