This is the fourth dinner we have tossed in a month. I bought a bunch of frozen dinners. I always do on top of fresh. I’m really disappointed. This used to be our absolute favourite place to go and it’s not necessarily price friendly. I pulled out a frozen lasagna tonight for dinner as a Busy family with hungry kids. The label says 350° for 30 minutes. I was excited to dig in - Until we realize how greasy it was, the whole pan was just full of grease in the bottom and there’s no sauce. There was a little bit of cheese on top, but it’s just noodles and meat. It was close to dog food. None of us finished our food. The same thing happened last week when we ordered the chicken Parmesan, which is already cooked and ready to go. You just have to reheat it. We ended up throwing it out. I don’t have money to throw food out, so this is really disappointing. And on that particular day, there was a girl I have never seen before and with our large load of food that we ordered she asked if we needed a bag and I said yes, she never even looked up once. She wasn’t friendly and for the amount of money that we spent you would think that she would be nicer, but nope. We also ordered pepperoni sticks or whatever meat sticks come in twos. They were hard as a rock and thrown out the next day. I’ve been a longtime fan of Ulrichs but this is the first time in a long time that I have just realized the quality is not what it was. And considering you make the exact same thing every single day, but the price just keeps going up, I don’t know how much we will be spending our money there anymore

Ulrich’s recently catered our wedding at The Farmstead which included Hor d’oeuvres during cocktail hour and a buffet dinner. Claire was very responsive throughout the planning process and the staff were very attentive and friendly while serving our guests on the big day. The food was incredible and all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the meal. For the quality and amount of food on top of the excellent service, the pricing is more than fair. We highly recommend Ulrich’s for anyone looking for a caterer in the Pembroke area!

We couldn’t have been happier with the catered food for our wedding. Everything was absolutely delicious — every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavour. The buffet was served right on time, and the staff were fantastic — professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. They made sure everything ran smoothly and even handled all the cleanup, leaving us free to enjoy the celebration. Highly recommend for anyone looking for stress-free, high-quality wedding catering!
