I had an issue after an update where my phone was registering as a new iPhone and wouldn’t let me use FaceTime or iMessage — everything was sending as green texts. I went to T-Mobile first, and they told me to go to Apple. Before doing that, I decided to stop by Phone Repair Factory, the store on the corner, and I’m so glad I did! Yousaf and Fazel were amazing — super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They quickly figured out the problem and got my phone working perfectly again. The customer service here was excellent from start to finish. I definitely recommend Phone Repair Factory to anyone needing help with their phone!
