Our home is now more than 20 years old and although we were not experiencing any particular issues with the roof I decided to have someone come over and take a look. I found Shingle Company on a Google search, called and made an appointment for an estimate. Mark from Shingle Company showed up and personally piloted a drone with a high-resolution camera to fly up there and take some photos (we have a very tall house). After reviewing the photos he emailed me a few of the photos that showed evidence of hail damage on the roof, so he suggested that I call our insurance company just to get an estimator out and have a look at it, which is what I did. I let Mark know when the estimator was scheduled, and he showed up to personally meet with him. Incredibly, Mark actually had the estimator follow him up a ladder to the very top of my house so he could show him exactly where the trouble spots were. When the estimator came down, he seemed pretty impressed by the team's roofing knowledge and told me that the insurance would cover the entire roof replacement! I was absolutely shocked by this - no way was I expecting a free roof when I made that call (less my deductible, of course) but I mean this was really incredible. After that the Shingle Company team helped me out with the insurance claim and also provided a selection of replacement shingles (along with reference addresses so I could see the shingles on an actual house). They put me on their installation schedule, showed up on time and had everything taken care of perfectly in a single (albeit long) day. The roof looks fantastic and I could not be more pleased. All I can say is this is a trustworthy and reliable company and they do a great job!

We lost some shingles in the storm last week. We were concerned because we were going out of town and we were afraid it might rain. They came out, did an excellent job and took before and after pictures for us. The price was very reasonable and Mark was great to work with on the phone. When it’s time for a new roof I will definitely be calling them.

We had Shingle Company do a complete tear-off and re-roof of our home as well as install new gutters and based on our experience, we would highly recommend them! I am reasonably particular about services performed at our home and I was very satisfied with their work. Our roof looks great and they charged a fair price. Mark and Brian were also incredibly responsive and great to work with and even answered our calls/emails on the weekends. They got the job done in a very timely fashion and also offered the best warranty among all the quotes we received. Will definitely use them in the future for our home improvement needs.

I have two companies that I call to get an estimate. My heart told me to trust this company but I make the worst decisions ever. The other company were so honest and they even help me with the inside project for the same price they charge me outside. I had two leaks and shingles company Mark said that I have two options change the whole roof or they can glue where it has holes so the water won’t come in my house for 200 dollars so my insurance already said that my roof is only 10 years old and I just need to change part of it. Apparently this company saw I was a woman and try to rip me off. They already took 200 from using a glue gun that cost like 10 dollars to make sure that no water will come in. It didn’t work. I try to ask how much will it cost me to do the inside because water was damaging my walls so Mark said 1,500 to 1,800 plus the whole roof which might be 10,000 to 12,000. I was never mind so I went with the other company and I end up saving more than half what this company was trying to charge me. Don’t trust them at all.
