Jan Schildgen2025 Edit: Another year of using Ultimate Lawn and Snow removal. Editing my review because Google won't let me do another one, but wanted to reiterate what a great job they do, and how prompt they are. They were by our building bright and early this morning to clear our walks and driveways. So thankful for their reliable and prompt service! Just got plowed out by Ultimate Lawn and Snow. This is the second year they've been doing our snow removal for our condo association. They did an awesome job these past few heavy snow falls. Their attention to detail is amazing! Pretty pleased! I highly recommend!
Rachel CampbellWe had a pool and deck removed from our yard, leaving a crater and a lot of landscaping rock. We had Ultimate Lawn remove the rock, fill, regrade, and seed so that we can have a yard. They did a great job with the regrading, blending it into the rest of the yard appropriately and building up near the home foundation to keep water away. Josh was very communicative and responsive during the process-- moreso than several other companies I had tried contacting.

Brett GressickInadequate concrete patio. Lack of clarity and communication. We worked with Ultimate Lawn in spring of 2024. The main job was to pour a 12 foot by 12 foot concrete slab to extend an existing patio. The work was completed within a month of initial consultation and receiving a quote. The new concrete that was poured was problematic in multiple areas. First, the surface was dangerously rough with many sharp protrusions anywhere you stepped. Walking barefoot was simply not an option for risk of bodily harm. When walking in shoes, you could feel the outsole stuck on the various mini jagged rock formations. When I discussed the dissatisfaction with the end result I was told that new concrete is this way. Our new concrete that was poured when our house was built was not this way. After further conversation I convinced the owner to send a team to come visit (after providing pictures and overall months down the road). I was never notified of what the purpose of the visit was or when the visit was but luckily our security camera captured workers discussing and attempting to sand (from what I could tell) the rough surface. It did not work. We now have a miscolored (compared to existing slab), jagged, patio addition. I will say, the quote came in roughly half of what your big box (think Bruce) landscaping companies were quoting so all in all you get what you pay for. Be warned.
