My husband and I had the best time of our lives shopping at Ultrajewels Quinta Avenida. Robert made us feel so welcomed and relaxed, even though it was so hot and steamy outside. We both were very hot from that day. It was a joy just to be in the air-conditioning. Initially, all I wanted to do was purchase a watch for my husband but a couple of hours later, and a couple of glasses of bubbles to celebrate, we both walked out with two watches and a gorgeous ring. Money well spent... Robert was very professional in his service and his knowledge of the products we purchased was paramount. He didn't make you feel we were obliged to buy. A job well done.

Walked in this store to look at selection of watches. Cynthia Greeted us and was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there wasn’t any Rolex’s to my taste but I always fancied an omega moon watch. After trying on i was sold and really pleased by friendliness and high level of service I received as a walk in. Thanks again and look forward to meeting again

Fantastic experience. Robert is fantastic. Walked in with nothing in mind. Walked out finding my go to watch shop in the Mayan Riviera. Super easy to work with Robert. He has been able to locate great pieces for me. Customer service that is worth traveling to Playa del Carmen.
