I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this salon. On a very important day for me, they completely messed up my hairstyle, not once, but twice! Even after asking them to redo it, the result was equally disappointing. They didn't even use heat protectors for hair. I wasted €60 on a service that was nowhere near what I expected. I had to go home and fix my hair myself. I won’t be coming back. Terrible experience. In the pictures you can see what i wanted and what they do !!!!
