I met Tami about 25 years ago where we worked within the same office floor. Fast forward a few years Tami wanted to start her own company, Madhouse, and I went with her on this amazing journey. We started off small but with hard work and long hours we continued to land account after account. Madhouse became this great organization that grew fast and offered opportunities to learn all aspects of the advertising and marketing world. At Madhouse one can grow both professionally and personally and attain a wide range of skills within this talented and skillful environment. Now after 20+ years, every day is still a new experience. As technology changes so does the skillset needed to keep up. Madhouse allows one to not only learn new skills but become an expert at them. In the fast pace world of advertising its great that a company allows you to gain new knowledge and skills needed as the world around us changes. Everyone in the company is super supportive and friendly. Madhouse management values its team members, recognizes our needs and affords us the freedom to still work from home, with the occasional in-office interactions and meetings. Since day one, it’s still an amazing place to work at.

Tami and the team at Madhouse continue to do a spectacular job taking our ideas and turning them into something better than we could have imagined. As our web design partner they quickly took the lead and gently lead a large team through a complex and detailed web design and development process. They were patient, thoughtful, hardworking, open to our thoughts and opinions and true collaborators. I worked at Madhouse for five years so here’s a real honest review. If I had to pinpoint a prevailing narrative, it was caring. Caring about the work, caring about the clients and maybe most importantly, caring about your teammates. It’s not cliche to say that Tami has built a company that functions more like a family than a business. There’s a cohesiveness to the team that’s apparent on daily production calls, but most evident when we’re in launch mode. People are responsive, even after-hours and willing to support in areas that may not be their expertise, but they do, because that’s what Madhouse is about - finding a way, together. They apply that same philosophy to projects and clients. Their best work is always a product of passion and collaboration. Do they work hard? Yes. Can it be a bit crazy at times, absolutely, but that’s the nature of the new home industry so why not embrace it? And Tami always finds a way to balance it out with lunches and movie nights or renting an Airbnb for the team to truly enjoy an out-of-town OHBA event. I’ve worked at four real estate marketing agencies over the past 20+ years and they all have their ups and downs, but in my opinion, Madhouse has consistently delivered not only outstanding service and strategic creative, but for me personally, a great place to work and call home.

It’s easy to review Madhouse because working with them is nothing short of a true pleasure. Their team is made up of some of the most talented, hard-working individuals backed by years of experience. It’s comforting to know our projects will be delivered on budget and within the timelines set. Best of all, they just get it. They get what the client is asking for, they’re not shy to make recommendations to enhance the project, and they always deliver.
