From my first experience talking to Winnie, who was very knowledgeable and extremely nice, to a few days later, Wally and his assistant Mac arrived, all smiles and went over and above to be helpful, did an more than excellent job, and cleaned up immaculately after themselves. It’s very rare that I feel compelled to write reviews for trades, so many times today they seem not happy to be working , and have no pride in their work. He went an extra mile to solve some problems that I had with my gas stove and did it very efficiently as well and in few seconds fixed one of my washroom water knobs. Thanks Wally!
Magoogle CWe had a toilet and shower in need of minor but non- urgent work in our house, and Wali was excellent. He was right on time, listened to our descriptions of the issues and got right down to fixing both while being kind and patient with us. He took time to make sure the adjustments to our shower were to our liking and looped back to check that his toilet repair was working to his satisfaction. Wali was careful with our floors and very tidy and careful with his tools. Thank you Wali.
