Carla S.Only redeeming quality are the staff who are helpful and welcoming. Faulty toilets that don’t flush and are never fixed, or a non functioning water tap for weeks on end. Half of the space being booked for events without notice so all the coworkers are squeezed into half the space, barely able to get a booth for a private phone call as they are always booked. People with no respect for their surroundings talking non stop on meetings for hours in the main area (although again with no booths free what can you do) or having their meetings/playing audio on laptop speakers (especially in the evening). If I have to take a longer call I often won’t even bother coming in. Not to mention two month notice to quit your membership . You’re better off working from home.
Taras TownsendExtremely rude and ignorant lady on the front desk outside just now when we were enquiring what the building is used for now since we used to go to it a lot when it was Barbour and Parlour. I think she was annoyed that we were disturbing her listening to her podcast.
