We’ve placed three separate basketball shirt orders with Under Pressure Screen Printing, and every experience has been fantastic! Their customer service is top-notch, super responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. The pricing was very affordable, and the finished products turned out even better than we envisioned. The colors were vibrant, the printing was crisp, and the dry-fit shirts looked professional, fit well, and were game-ready. Highly recommend them for anyone needing custom shirts. I've been ordering shirts from Sam off and on for 5 years now - I posted a 5-star review way back after my first order, but now is a great time for me to update! Sam's business continues to be exceptional - he is fast, reasonably priced, and makes a fantastic product. I love that he is not adverse to small-batch orders and doesn't charge through the nose for them. My first order with him in 2020 was a pair of hoodies - each with a different design - which I gifted to my parents for Christmas. The hoodies were black with the design done in white ink. They wear the hoodies daily and the ink has not faded, chipped, or cracked, even through a lot of washes and a lot of travel - they're wildlife photographers so believe me when I say the hoodies get quite a lot of heavy wear! Outstanding. I (and my parents) have been so pleased with them. But most recently, Sam really saved my bacon and I thought that was worth putting another review up (in addition to providing the 5-year update on product quality). I had ordered 13 tshirts for a family reunion, and completely forgot to pick them up!! I remembered about them very late the night before my early AM flight - emailed Sam on the off chance I could squeak in picking them up super early, but I wasn't holding my breath. Sam called me the next morning and was able to work out overnight shipping for me for a super reasonable price (which I think involved him eating some of the cost). He saved the reunion!! I was frankly a little panicked, but he was calm and flexible, and found us a solution no problem with no drama. The shirts arrived on time and were a huge hit with the family. Wish that all businesses I worked with were this easy!! Couldn't recommend Under Pressure more. Wonderful.
