K Terri MorrisThe door is great HOWEVER ... maintenance is toast. I was told I could get a 3 year contract for maintenance for 490. Great, The next year, I was charged 160. Forgot about the contract, apparently so did the company. The NEXT year I was charged 320. Apparently the maintenance guys do not know what customers even have the maintenance contract, they also do not know what the charge is (honestly, the guy was not in my garage for more than 10 minutes). I called the company to ask about it, was told they would look into it and put a hold on the check. They cashed the check and never got back to me. Underwood Door Company will NEVER be back on my property. There are quite a lot of other companies that service garage doors. _______________________________________________________ Underwood Door has made good on the money I spent for maintenance. More than I was owed (thank you). So ... am upgrading my rating. The door is good. In fact, my garage is a bit wider than normal so I needed a commercial door. I will continue to use them for maintenance.
