TRUCKER REVIEW: You can just make out the United sign from the road. Easy to get to location. Check in with receiving next to door 5 (picture). Unloaded a truckload of beer within an hour. Place seal in back, no need to move tandems, red/green come back for paperwork. They do ask that you unhook airline if idling for saftey. Bathroom with sink available in receiving area. No official overnight parking readily available but there are several truck stops very close by and, for now, the warehousing adjacent has a large, relatively unused space and the entrance street alongside United could be possibilities, especially late at night.

Really nice people, sufficient room to maneuver, quick unloading, bathrooms inside, even let me walk my dog "I did ask when I checked in". My app was at 1030, arrived 0945, checked in, had my door by 1000, fully unloaded, paperwork in hand by 1045. 👍 👍 My only gripe is all the pallets right across from the dock doors, not enough of a problem to remove a star though.
Arrived at 0700 for a 0800 apt. Checked in and got a door right away. Easy back. Unloaded fairly fast. Friendly staff. 4 stars only because no confirmed ON parking. I would deliver here anytime
I delivered a load of wine from Yakima. Arrived 45 minutes earlier than my scheduled delivery time. Immediately got a dock. Total time, spend here, including unloading, was one hour. No lumper either. One minor point. Driver has to surrender truck ignition key to the receiver. Due to past incident of driver trying to leave with the forklift still inside the truck.
United is our favorite distributor. We never have a problem with deliveries. Mike responds to texts to let you know he got the order then tells you what time the truck is coming. Seems simple, but the others dont remember to do this and we are not open in the day so it causes a problem. If there are any issues, Mike fixes them right away and he is always nice. Because we like Mike and United so much we feature all of their products in our specialty cocktails, we carry their wells and liqueurs, and we promote their products above other company's.
