What a great experience working with UniCommerceSolutions. I am so happy to have found them and thank the person who referred them when ever I can. We were having issues with the contact form on our website being forwarded to our autoresponder when I was connected to Michael. He was patient as I explained what was happening and then asked permission to login to both the site and email system. I provided the info and in 10 minutes of just chatting and answering questions about my business Michael said he was done! Lesson learned I spend countless hour trying to make everything work (losing time which equals money), and he was done before we got off the phone. I was in awe when he told me his fee and even said he would send an invoice for me to pay it. I had credit card in hand and was surprised he did the work and was willing to wait for payment. Outstanding experience and highly recommend.
