Nice cosy spot with unique decor, but the food is not great and the portion is small given the price. only fulfilling part about the meal was the cornbread, which was large enough.Can’t believe they charge 30 bucks for a leg of chicken and some cornbread and a tiny portion of greens. Definitely not coming back again. Zero value for the money. I had to go to another restaurant for a proper dinner afterwards which never happened before !

LOVE their speakeasy in the basement. The vibes are amazing, and the drinks are even better. I requested something seasonal and got a warm apple cider with apple pie flavours. It was AMAZING, and drinks come pretty fast. Their bartender has great creativity and a high level of skill. Cocktails are $15-22 from what I’ve observed, and definitely worth going for.

Third time visiting Union Local 613. Overall great experience. FOOD: The Shrimp & Grits ($32) was fantastic and delicious, and is also very well-priced for the quantity. I would definitely have it again. I previously had their famous Union Fried Chicken ($29) which I really enjoyed. DRINKS: The Smore Plz ($20) was great. SERVICE: Our server was friendly and very attentive (e.g., was extremely diligent in filling our water even after we stopped ordering). AMBIENCE: The restaurant is nice on a regular day but the christmas decor is especially pretty and festive. NOTE: They do not accept Amex which is understandable but a big sore spot for me.

I went here tonight for my birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience. Our server was incredibly knowledgeablesharing fun and interesting facts about every dish we ordered and they were genuinely kind and attentive the entire evening. The food was absolutely outstanding; every plate was full of flavor and beautifully presented. I couldn’t have asked for a better celebration. Highly recommend!
